We offer regular visits to your empty properties and we also make emergency checks , in the event of storms or flooding making sure that all electrics are in working order and that your property has sustained no damage.
We carry out an internal and external security and maintenance inspection weekly by experienced tradesmen who are able to take immediate action and resolve emergencies.

Our inspectors check that appliances and electrical equipments are working, including the toilets and waste systems, we also check for leaks (sanitary equipment and plumbing), storm damages and any pest infestations.

During the inspection visit we thoroughly air all rooms and water all in-house plants.
Reports will be emailed to you once a month for each check. In case of any emergency Relax Home Care will contact you directly for instructions on any further actions that may need to be taken.
